Octopus Ink Exchange & Return Policy 

We do not offer refunds. All returns are handled as exchanges or store credit only.

Exchange Policy

Item condition: Items must be in original condition. We are not able to accept merchandise that has been worn, washed, used, or altered in any way.

30 day exchange window: Within 30 days of delivery, merchandise may be exchanged for another item of similar value or returned for store credit.

Final sale items: All discontinued items that are marked down, all gift cards, and all phone cases are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as Octopus Ink cannot issue an exchange for items that are not received.

Return instructions: Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Phone Case Policy

Every phone case is custom printed when you place your order, helping us reduce waste. Because they are made specifically for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on phone cases. Please double check your phone model before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Once an item has been washed, worn, or altered, we are not able to accept it as damaged. Claims submitted outside of this time frame cannot be accepted, so we recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.

How to Start an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at heart@octopusinkclothing.com. We will provide you with the correct return address and step-by-step instructions.

Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items purchased through third party vendors. Those items must be returned directly to the location where they were purchased.
